About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in .NET technologies to lead the design and architecture of scalable web-based applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft technology stacks, a deep understanding of software architecture principles, and proven leadership in guiding development teams. This role is critical in driving the technical vision for our innovative real estate ERP platform, In4Suite .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Drive end-to-end architectural decisions aligned with business goals for web-based product development.
• Oversee release management processes ensuring smooth and reliable software deployments.
• Utilize Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or equivalent tools for source control and versioning.
• Implement design patterns such as the Facade Pattern to ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product to ensure technical feasibility and project success.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers and engineers.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance product performance and scalability.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development practices and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET architecture.
• Proficient with Microsoft technologies: ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with source control tools such as TFS, Visual SourceSafe, or CVS.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts, SQL, web services (SOAP/REST, XML), remoting, and RDBMS (preferably SQL Server).
• Expertise in OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design), UML, and software design patterns.
• Experience in Build & Configuration Management is a plus.
• Knowledge of ASP Classic, VB 6.0, Crystal Reports, and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
