Job Summary

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data, incentive plans and review it along with the Project Manager/Client
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on capturing business requirement for managing sales incentive program
  • Work with project manager/client to define timelines and ensure deliverables are met within timeline with right quality
  • Understand Incentive compensation data, rules, and processes
  • Interpret client requirements and convert those to system design
  • Collaborate with the clients to implement, configure, and support their global incentive compensation program and processes
  • Effectively communicate project proposals analysis design, outputs, and business insights
  • Working with the team to identify and resolve various data-related issues/questions
  • Work on Aurochs/Incentivate platforms for managing sales incentives for clients across industries
  • Manage projects on a day-to-day basis for quality, delivery and process-based followups
  • Lead a small team of 1-3 individuals and guide them on project

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Understanding of the Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management space
  • Minimum of3-5 years of work experience in the consulting industry with experience in incentive compensation, data management and project delivery
  • Working knowledge of one or more tools like Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, R
  • Ability to quickly understand business models and operational processes
  • Experience in Reporting and Dashboard creation
  • BE/ B.Tech / BS (stats) from Tier-1 institute would be preferred
  • Proven track record of working with international/global clients and ability to coordinate/work with multiple stakeholders of the project
  • Agile project planning and project management skills
