Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years
  • Should have done client-facing lead roles
  • Ability and experience to lead a team of Full Stack Developers
  • Be able to communicate clearly and collaboratively with Global Client teams

Job Requirement

  • TL should have Hands-on working knowledge of microservice architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience with Node.Js.
  • Profound knowledge of API design.
  • Work collaboratively with infrastructure, DevOps, and engineering team
  • Mentoring colleagues at every level, and a willingness to be mentored by the client delivery manager
  • Regularly conducting code reviews to ensure high standards of engineering quality in the code that we write.
  • Looking at logs and monitoring metrics and responding to alerts
  • Strong coding, data structures, and algorithms knowledge.
  • Experience in AWS infrastructure and Atlas.
  • Ability to look at the bigger picture and determine potential risks and mitigation steps.

Preferred technology stack

  • Languages and Frameworks: Javascript, Node.JS, Vue.Js
  • APIs: GraphQL
  • Data: Postgres, MongoDB,
  • Deployment: Docker, AWS, Kubernetes
  • Source Control: Git, Bitbucket
  • Project Management: Jira
