Technical and Managing Work
The candidates are required to have good functional knowledge of quality processes and QC tools and should be adept in developing and implementing standard operating procedures:
Experience quality process implementation-related tasks (adherence to quality processes, guidelines, tools and reporting)
Set up and/or maintain controls and documentation
Review various process artefacts or documents
Participate in various project/delivery governance meetings
Perform internal audits for different process compliances like quality management and/or information security
Possess effective communication and presentation skills
Be process-oriented and have an analytical mind-set, with good follow-up skills
ISMS Responsibilities
Adhere to information security policies
Perform information security audits based on the processes mandated by Indegene and customers
Report potential security incidents
Analyse security incidents, infer and recommend actions
Desired Skills
BCA/BCom/B.Sc preferred
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience on any process audits and facilitation
Good communication skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 27001/CMMI SVC and DEV
Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques
Qualification : B.C.A.,B.Com,B.Sc
