Job Summary:

The Associate Sales Specialist needs to close business in line with pre-agreed targets by generating enough leads in various accounts assigned and achieve the sales target. He or she also manages the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities, including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation, and deal signing.

Job Description:

Work closely with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to build new business opportunities

Create interest, engage, and open opportunities for Indegenes solutions

Work closely with prospects to understand needs and identify potential solutions

Perform account planning, account development, and pipeline management

Develop a deep understanding of Indegenes products and services portfolio

Evangelise Indegenes value proposition to the target market

Work collaboratively with regional sales teams, account managers, and internal stakeholders

Work in US and EU shifts on a need basis

Desired Skills and Experience:

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales and inside sales (international markets only)

Experience in working collaboratively with regional sales teams

Understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry

Strong communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills

Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders throughout the sales-cycle

Bachelors degree in any subject (preferably marketing, economics, commerce or business administration)

MBAs with specialised degrees (e.g., pharma, marketing) preferred

Willing to travel to the United States
