Job Summary:
A Medical Engagement Associate needs to regularly interact with patients who are suffering from various ailments and counsel them for health outcomes management through inbound and outbound calls. His or her role also involves managing compliance and adherence of patients enrolled in CRM. In addition, the Medical Engagement Associate needs to handle patient queries and collate health recordsrelated data from consenting patients.
Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities of the Medical Engagement Associate include the following:
Maintaining confidentiality of patients and organizational sensitive information
Capturing details related to adverse drug reactions reported by patients in pre-defined templates
Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies
Desired Skills and Experience:
EducationGraduation in any stream
Experience1-2 years of relevant experience
Fluency in English, Hindi, and any one regional language (Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Assamese, or Rajasthani)
Knowledge of MS Office
Good communication and convincing skills
Empathy and willingness to listen and relate
Willing to work in rotational shifts (8 AM to 2 PM) and (2 PM to 9 PM)
Qualification : B.Sc,B.Pharm,M.Sc.
