Job Summary

The Role For our office in Bangalore, India, where the culture is casual, social, and international, we are looking for Senior Business Analysts with exceptional analytical skills and proven expertise in developing solutions and leading teams within a management consultancy environment. You will lead multiple, concurrent client workstreams, guide and lead a team of RAs and BAs, lead communications and trouble-shooting efforts in this client facing role. Assuming responsibility as the final quality check point, you will work closely with a team of onshore solutions leads to harness the power of data through DT s solution suite; leveraging our assessments and benchmarking data to provide tailored insights into critical aspects of our client s digital and customer experience transformation efforts. Responsibilities Collect, manipulate and analyze data: 1. Lead a team of junior team members (up to 5 people) to conduct secondary quantitative and qualitative research, including but not limited to search engines research, web analytics and business research tools acumen 2. Oversee the design and build of surveys & questionnaires (in tools such as Qualtrics) and implement best practises for data collection & management 3. Lead research on market trends and the analysis of data from large, diverse datasets 4. Organise, analyse & interpret data, creating charts, graphs and input into dashboards, and presenting your findings with clear, concise communication 5. Implement processes and protocols for efficiency and improvements, including risk management and issue resolution 6. QC accountability: monitor all team analysis outputs ensuring quality standards for accuracy, relevance, formatting etc uphold DT high expectations, and make amends as necessary including upskilling team members Solution development: 1. Facilitate and manage client discussions alongside the onshore solutions lead, bringing a solution analysis and reporting perspective 2. Partner closely with onshore solutions leads, acting as a conduit between onshore and offshore teams 3. Develop a strong solution expertise including the mindset of thinking how to best expand existing solutions Experience and desired skills If you are data and business orientated and genuinely excited about the data analysis, insights and innovation space, particularly within a customer experience or digital environment, we will provide you with the environment in which to flourish. You will have: A Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant subject A Consulting industry background, preferably with Pharma & Life Sciences exposure A minimum of 5 years experience in an equivalent role, involving data analysis, management, applied research, solution development and team leadership Proven experience and passion for leading small teams in a client facing environment Able to manipulate and analyse large, complex data sets using a variety of software applications, primarily Advanced Excel (Formulae, Pivot tables, Macros) but also R, Python & SQL Ability to take initiative to lead teams and collaborate with colleagues, onshore and offshore Impeccable attention to detail with a logical approach Knowledge and experience of CX, UX or tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik as well as Survey tools
