Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Architect based in Pune with over 8 years of proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving technical strategy, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex software solutions using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions across multiple enterprise projects.
• Drive technical strategy, define architectural standards, and enforce best coding practices.
• Design and lead development of microservices-based applications with strong integration to cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and frameworks to improve system performance and development speed.
• Guide development teams on API design, cloud infrastructure, and system performance optimization.
• Ensure systems comply with security standards and implement secure coding practices.
• Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA).
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, backend development, and system design.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Node.js, or .NET.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and caching mechanisms.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of cloud-native application development and distributed system design.
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and ensure high-quality delivery.
