Job Summary

Quality Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and documenting quality management integrated nursing wide program designed to monitor and improve the quality and appropriateness of nursing patient care and minimized the risk of nursing practice and the potential loss.
Ensures the smooth functioning of the department
Explains the care plan to the staff before assigning for duty
Organize and or activate nursing quality management/ improvement committees that will work on the nursing quality/ management programs and activities.
Verify field staff duty chart on a day-today basis with Operation team
Inspect the staffs by making routine and as well as surprise visits to ensure that the staff is discharging his/her duties as per the protocol.
Train the newly joined staffs about IHHC clinical protocol and standards
Skill assessment matrix to be prepared for all staffs to identify the strong and weak areas of each and every payroll staffs.
Coordinate with HR for handling technical round of interview.
Monitor the admin team in the absence of City head and ensure the decorum is maintained.
Participate in all quality management/ improvement activities within his/ her department.
Be aware of standards precautions for infection control and implement the infection control guidelines in his day to day activities.
