- More than 1 year plus experience in Managing field collections & Recovery (Digital finance is preferred)
- Managing multiple collection agencies.
- Field visits along with Agency team.
- Effective communication & Negotiation skills.
- Raising Settlements.
- Should have legal knowledge & ensurecollectionprocess and legal guidelines are adhered.
- Should have hands on experience on MS office and preparation of various reports.
