Branch Manager: (5-10 Yrs exp. required from BFSI Sector with Team Handling) 1. Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its branch. 2. Leading a team of Branch staff to ensure business growth. 3. Identifying & taking initiatives for the assigned branch. 4. Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth 5. Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals 6. Training the branch staff / sales team on all the financial activities from time to time. Minimum Experience Required: 4 yr. Salary: Upto 4.80 Lacs + Monthly Lucrative Incentives Education :Minimum Graduate 2. Gold Appraiser: (1-5 Yrs exp. required from BFSI Sector) 1. To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc. 2. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc. 3. To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal. 4. Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets. Minimum Experience Required: 1 - 5 yr. Salary: Upto 3 Lacs + Monthly Lucrative Incentives Education: Minimum Graduate 3.
