We need someone who can do the following Own the design, development, implementation and maintenance of ongoing visualisation dashboards and reports Generate ideas for exploratory data analysis to shape future data visualisation products and provide recommendations for actions Measure and track business metrics for the health and success of all initiatives Translate ad hoc report requests into common dashboards and application requirements

Work with different visualisation tools and systems (open source as well as enterprise) as per the product requirements Use the analytical models to analyse actual output against key indicators, ensuring that the solution suggested is commercially viable and competitive Ability to manage work of a team of analysts/developers Skills specific to the role 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience developing a dashboard with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Plotly/DASH Proficient in statistical data analysis using scripting languages and related statistical packages such as Python, Python-SciKit, R etc. Proficient with data engineering and analytics pipeline workflow and tools: Spark, Flink, Airflow, Message brokers (Kafka etc.), Databases (Elastic Search, Mongo DB, PostGreSql, Kudu, SQL etc.) Expertise in deploying analytics pipelines using cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP etc. Strong background in machine learning and data analysis Soft skills specific to the role Must be willing to take ownership and drive tasks to completion Willingness to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, with a strong passion for analytics and problem solving as well as the willingness to multitask Educational Qualification Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role and at least 2 years in a lead role
