Qualification : Science Graduate
- Achievement of sales objectives & Ensuring Profitability
- Deployment of sales force & marketing team as per business strategy
- To ensure formulation & implementation of sales & marketing strategies
- Improvement of market share from the targeted segments (specialty & regions)
- Building & maintaining team & development of people (Recruit, induct, train & develop)
- Ensuring proper budgeting based on potentiality of market & opportunities
- Ensuring proper inventory of goods at distributors by coordinating with ZSM & distribution department
- Review of goods return & Daily Sales outstanding
- Identify new opportunities in terms of product, promotion, people, markets through periodic interactions with concerned
- Analyse the attrition trend, take corrective measures & proactive steps to control attrition monthly
- To recognize & reward successful performance & performers
Qualification : Science Graduate
