Job Summary

Achievement of sales objectives & Ensuring Profitability
Deployment of sales force & marketing team as per business strategy
To ensure formulation & implementation of sales & marketing strategies
Improvement of market share from the targeted segments (specialty & regions)
Building & maintaining team & development of people (Recruit, induct, train & develop)
Ensuring proper budgeting based on potentiality of market & opportunities
Ensuring proper inventory of goods at distributors by coordinating with ZSM & distribution department
Review of goods return & Daily Sales outstanding
Identify new opportunities in terms of product, promotion, people, markets through periodic interactions with concerned
Analyse the attrition trend, take corrective measures & proactive steps to control attrition monthly
To recognize & reward successful performance & performers

Qualification :
Science Graduate

Experience Required :

Minimum 15 Years
