Job Summary

Job Description:

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Complying with SEBI SECC Regulations, 2018, SEBI SCRA, 1956 and correspondences with SEBI;
  • Drafting, vetting and reviewing of legal documents, agreements, contracts, MOUs, Letter of Engagements, NDAs and various documents of similar nature;
  • Interactions with outside counsels vis- -vis compliance and legal work;
  • Attending hearing at Courts, Forums and Tribunals;
  • Liaison with Government bodies, Regulators etc.;
  • To interface with other departments/functions and provide legal assistance and support;
  • Advise the management on legal issues;
  • Preparations of updates/ MIS of legal cases.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be primarily responsible for litigation management of company s cases going on in various courts and tribunals

Skills:

The candidate shall have excellent written and oral communication skills.


Qualification :
The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university of India and preferably be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience Required :

3 to 4 Years
