Job Summary
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
2. Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
3. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
4. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical need.
5. Create and maintain code integrity.
6. Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
7. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
8. Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
9. Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications to deliver fast and high- performance web applications.
10. Should not keep yourself restricted to the brief given and should be able to brainstorm and come up with innovative ideas to bring the project to reality.
Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor s degree in computer Science or related field required, Master s and some past experience in web programming preferred.
2. Completed degree or pursuing from a recognized institution that meet the minimum education requirement above.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
2. Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript, Django.
3. A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
4. Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
5. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
6. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.
7. Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
8. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with organization acumen.
9. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
Salary : Stipend: 10,000 per month
