Job Summary
Keeping record of all IT/AV asset inventory, uploading any new procure equipment to online portal and ensuring to get Asset tag from Finance before uploading this. It also includes ensuring material received as per the BOQ . Keeping records of all in & out IT/AV asset (Specially asset issuing and ensure to get back in time in proper condition). Helping in day to day IT billing processes basis (GRN & Submission of bills to Commercials). Helping IT services e.g. ITCS ,AV , & Network for monitoring and closing tickets along with these teams . Helping in campus events.
The Indian School of Business wants to recruit promising young enthusiasts from the field of IT who can support in the administrative levels to ensure upkeep of the IT infrastructure.
