Production Manager Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture. Job in Indian Timber Products Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities:-

• Preparing Production reports and submitting them to users and management
• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division
• Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements, movements as per quality parameters
• Oversee all levels of team activity and performance
• Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production / quality issues
• Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order
• Repair or replace plant equipment as needed
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manufacturing of Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture is required
• Engineer by qualification with 5 years and above experience.
• Experience in Modular Industry is essential
• Experience on Biesse / Homag and other CNC Machines is essential
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology
• Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
• Good organizational and time-management skills
