Responsibilities:

• Generating Sales Leads and converting to sales
• Organising Sales Visits
• Presenting and Demonstrating Products / Services
• Negotiating and Preparation of Quotations to Sales Orders
• Maintaining Sales Related Data
• Oversee all levels of team activity and performance
• Develop processes to improve CRM and enhance value
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Selling Building Materials
• Bachelors / Master s Degree qualification with 3 years and above experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills
• Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
• Good organizational and time-management skills
