Job Summary Role-specific KRAs
1. To Understand the challenges, needs, and goals and apply a metrics-driven approach to evaluate where we currently are and where we want to go
2. Prioritizing key areas of work & accordingly using the resources by optimizing the feasibility
4. To understand & explore the market s current & future needs using a consultative approach. Accordingly, providing a plan aligned with our business goal
6. Design a test phase to understand how certain things work in our case.
7. Identifying the gaps that are hindering the company s growth finding a way to overcome it
8. To work over creating Indibni as a known & recognizable brand in India

Additional Responsibilities
1. To look after the overall working of Indigifts as a gifting website
2. Website updating
3. To drive more traffic on the website
4. Understanding the major points due to which we are not driving sale/ revenue
5. To have view & input over different marketing campaigns.

ELIGIBILITY
Professional working experience of 2-3 years in the same industry

SALARY
Will be finalized only after a personal interview/Reviewing the application.

2 to 3 Years
