Adhere to defined processes and procedures Well versed with Agile and SAFe Perform ad-hoc requests as requested Analytical thinker that is expert at problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation and decision making Uses problem solving, critical thinking skills and independent thinking to overcome challenges
