Strong CS fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and systems programming. A passion for coding, creating complex systems from scratch and designing for scale. Knowledge of innards of large scale distributed systems like No-SQL DBs, graph DBs, hadoop/mapreduce. Comfortable with system coding using Java, Rust, or C++ . Knowledge of machine learning for classification, pattern matching, non-linear optimization. Desire to build user facing systems for quasi-literate and undereducated.

(Preferred) 2 years of key contribution to building systems or sophisticated products.
