Job Summary
- Python Application Engineer who has hands-on coding skills in python and passionate about tinkering with new tools/frameworks in Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning space
- Must be able to identify bottleneck(s) and optimize current code
- Proficient in Python, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of various design and architectural patterns, exposure to UML is desirable
- Ability to write clean, readable Python code and skilled at writing reusable Python libraries
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Python
- Experience with any web server like Apache is an added advantage
- Strong analytic capability and ablility to ramp up quickly on new technologies
- Familiarity with concepts of MVC and RESTful services
- Exposure to fundamental design principles behind a scalable application is mandatory
