Job Summary
  • Handling end to end recruitment for different position. Screening CVs through portals & other references like social media, employee references
    Job posting, mass emailing on portals. Scheduling & Follow up the interview of candidates Database management.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Develop and follow various recruitment methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective candidates.
  • Handling End to End Recruitment Process.
  • Analysing and Understanding Requirement & Sourcing for the right fit.
  • Follow-up with all the scheduled Candidates and Coordinate with them.
  • Follow up with the candidates till the On Boarding.
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting.
  • Acquainted with job Portals (Naukri, Monster).
  • Sourcing Candidates using Job Portals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should be presentable & good in communication.
  • Candidate should have Recruitment experience from 2 to 4 years experience.
  • Candidate will be only handling recruitment.
  • Experience Required :

    2 to 4 Years
