Job Summary
Candidate should be presentable & good in communication. Candidate should have Recruitment experience from 2 to 4 years experience. Candidate will be only handling recruitment.
- Handling end to end recruitment for different position. Screening CVs through portals & other references like social media, employee references
Job posting, mass emailing on portals. Scheduling & Follow up the interview of candidates Database management.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Develop and follow various recruitment methodologies.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective candidates.
- Handling End to End Recruitment Process.
- Analysing and Understanding Requirement & Sourcing for the right fit.
- Follow-up with all the scheduled Candidates and Coordinate with them.
- Follow up with the candidates till the On Boarding.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting.
- Acquainted with job Portals (Naukri, Monster).
- Sourcing Candidates using Job Portals.
