Job Summary

We are looking for a recruiter for our US Staffing process. Salary will be the best in the industry, with good incentives and awards.

Skill Set

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine the staffing needs
  • Experience in the entire U.S. Recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation
  • Negotiating & finalizing rates on per hour basis for W2, Corp-Corp candidates
  • Sourcing candidates from different portals (Monster, Dice CareerBuilder etc.), databases, networking, references etc.
  • Oversee management of requisition activity and candidate status within the applicant tracking system
  • Conducting telephonic interviews
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Doing reference and background checks
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
  • Staying current on the company s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the US Staffing
  • Tech/BSc IT/BCA/ Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor s degree
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Self-motivated, Confident, Proactive, Target-oriented and a Go-Getter
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
