Role Overview

We are seeking a client-focused and professionally polished Associate Client Partner to manage and grow key client relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 2 years of experience in client engagement, business development, and project coordination. You ll serve as a strategic link between our clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative communication and trust-building.
• Identify business opportunities and support account growth and upselling initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and sales teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment of expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
