Job Summary
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPoC) and project success ownership
  • Client coordination and communication over project solutioning (Technical solutioning along with Delivery/Project manager)
  • Project estimation - Delivery Plan and coordination with Delivery/Project Managers
  • Commercial negotiation to ensure profitable deal onboarding
  • Project tracking and reporting to both client and internal stakeholders
  • Project review on regular basis with the delivery team
  • Ensure project completion on time
  • Delivery milestone and revenue milestone mapping
  • Operational reporting and account planning
  • Enhancement/change request identification and action
  • Work with BDMs (Business Development Managers) and prospecting team for expanding the account size
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
