Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to lead the optimization of our sales processes and drive operational efficiency. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the sales pipeline, improving forecasting accuracy, and generating performance insights that influence strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Management
- Oversee and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Develop reliable sales forecasts and present performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Create and distribute regular sales dashboards and reports, highlighting KPIs, trends, and improvement areas.
CRM & Sales Tools Optimization
- Implement, manage, and continuously improve CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ensure user adoption through training and support; align tool usage with company goals.
Process Streamlining & Strategy
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop best practices for operational consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment of business objectives.
- Support sales leadership with data and insights to improve sales enablement and execution.
Performance Analytics
- Analyze sales trends, win/loss data, and conversion metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Deliver actionable insights for quota setting, territory planning, and team performance evaluations.
Market Analysis (Preferred)
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Identify market opportunities and support go-to-market planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or sales analytics.
- Strong expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and BI/reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead process improvements.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience conducting market research and contributing to strategic planning.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, IT, or consulting environments.
