Responsibilities:

Front End CRM Specialist:

Customer Interactions:

Engage with clients and potential customers to understand their requirements and provide information about the company's real estate offerings.
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Lead Management:

Manage and update customer data in the front-end CRM system.
Handle leads, inquiries, and customer interactions effectively.
Communication:

Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients, sales teams, and other relevant departments.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
Client Relationship Building:

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Back End CRM Specialist:

Data Management:

Maintain and update back-end CRM databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
Implement data quality checks and corrections as needed.
System Administration:

Oversee the technical aspects of the CRM system, ensuring proper functionality and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with IT and support teams to optimize CRM performance.
Integration:

Collaborate with other departments to integrate CRM systems with relevant business applications.
Ensure seamless flow of information between different systems.
Reporting:

Generate reports and analytics from back-end CRM data to provide insights for decision-making.
Create dashboards and summaries for management review.
CRM Collections Specialist:

Debt Recovery:

Manage and oversee collections activities, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts.
Implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
Negotiation:

Engage with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding issues.
Provide solutions for clients facing financial challenges.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of collections activities and correspondence.
Prepare and submit reports on collection performance.
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all collections activities.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in Front End CRM, Back End CRM, or CRM Collections roles within the real estate sector.

Skills:

Familiarity with CRM systems and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
