We're a predictive people analytics company making the voice of 300,000+ employees feel heard and valued with our AI-enabled engagement bot for HR Amber. We've 100+ customers like Byju's, OYO, GE, and Makemytrip with employees in 50+ countries and a strong presence in the APAC market.
After closing our Pre-Series A round of $3.2Mn with Y-combinator, Benjamin Ling (ex-Google, Facebook, Stanford PhD), Girish Mathrubootham (Founder, Freshworks), our goal is to grow 100% YoY to make Amber a friend at work for more than a million employees on this planet. Guided by our 6 core values, we re a 60-player strong team of young, ambitious, and relentless individuals breaking all rules and helping HR across the world rewrite the rules of employee engagement.

We are looking for a full time Market Research Intern to join us and help with expanding into new regions. This role seeks those who have a keen desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced B2B Enterprise SaaS company, while understanding how different business-driving functions like Sales, Business Development, Marketing work. You will directly be working with folks from the Sales and Revenue Operations team.

What will you be doing?

  • Learn about Amber and our customers.

  • Create an account list based on ideal customer profile for inFeedo in 2-3 geographies.

  • Conduct detailed research about the key stakeholders, profile of the companies, including number of employees, revenue, etc.

  • Update the account details in CRM.

  • Collaborate with experienced sales professionals.

  • Who will you work with?

    Bhavan, Nitesh,Rohit,and of course the rest of the jovial inFeedo team.

    Requirements

    Is this you?

  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

  • Communication:Capable of articulating a message in a clear, concise, and conversational manner.

  • Intrinsic motivation: Self-motivated and proactive with the enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development, market research and sales.

  • Flexible: Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task.

  • Team player: Optimistic and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with customers.
