O365 Sales Associate Job in Infiflex Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Infiflex Technologies is looking for Microsoft Office Technical Sales Specialist who will be responsible for the sales of Microsoft Office 365 and related cloud solutions. Typical responsibilities for this technical expert will include providing consultation and web demos to clients regarding Office 365 product features and explaining how it will benefit their business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Generation of leads through cold calling, LinkedIn activities and mail campaigns.

• Provide sales support for the team and end user support with Office 365 issues.

• Continuously reviews, analyses, monitors and improves the current Office 365 compliance center.

• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to users.

• Problem Management.

• Respond to inquiries from Office 365 customers.

• Initiating service with new O365 customers.

• Plan and guide customers to properly adopt Office 365 services.

• Design new solutions for customers using industry best practice methodologies.

• Perform pre-sales technical support functions including meeting with clients to gather requirements, create technical plans and designs, and build scope documents.

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly.

• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project.

• Must have basic knowledge on cloud, servers, domains etc.

• Good Communication skills.
