Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure safety & compliance ismet at workplace by fulfilling all safety & compliance requirements
• Regular assessment and gap analysis for individual buyers Business and Social compliance requirements
• Ensure implementation of the compliance requirements by the Business Unit as per the compliance manual to achieve best score
• Provide trainings related to Business and Social Compliance to the team
• To setup and maintain internal audit system to ensure 100% compliance at any point of time in light of applicable Labour Law, Factory Rules, Buyers COC & other legal provisions
• To regularly ensure that all licenses, permits, incorporation certificates are available and updated
• Follow up and set up the Fire equipment, such as Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguishers, and others.
• To ensure that firefighting drills are regularly arranged, fire equipments are available in sufficient numbers & fire exits are clearly marked
• To attend Worker s participation committee meeting on regular basis
• Ensure implementation of environmentally friendly wastage disposal mechanism
• Ensure legal benefits as specified under law are provided to the workers
• Prepare and update assessments of labour rules requirements from compliance point of view

Education

MBA(HR)/MPM/MSW/MLM or similar

• Knowledge and understanding of the industry regulations and best practices
• Hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures
• MIS Reporting for Internal and External Use

Travel

Willing to travel across India (7 to 10 days a month)
