Key Accountabilities:

• Plan orders for the manufacturing facility as per the production capacities
• Provide plans for material procurement
• Provide daily / weekly / monthly plans to production, and related departments
• Order Tracking to meet the confirmed delivery schedules
• Plan shipments from the Distribution Centre, ensure appropriate documentations required for shipments to logistics team
• Optimize capacity utilization
• Ensure Order adherence to meet the Targets of the organization
• Analysis of Plan vs Actual, corrective actions
• Demand-pull / Forecast planning
• Co-ordination with Purchase, Merchandising, Marketing, and Logistics teams
• Inventory Management (Slow / fast moving stocks, controls, expediting etc.)
• Preparation of MIS reports
• Adherence to all transactions in SAP

Education

B. E/ B. Tech Textile Technology or similar

Behavioural Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Knowledge of SAP
• Candidates from textile background will be preferred
