Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Must have experience in business development from a service-based software development company in outsourcing business
• Experience with interacting with clients in the US, Canada, Australia, UK countries, and major Countries.
• The candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with technologies.
• Should have experience in FIVERR, UPWORK, FREELANCER, PPH, GURU, or any other Bidding portals.
• Generating business through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.
• Identify trends and client's needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
• Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare a detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations closing the sales, and handing over the client to the delivery team. Follow up with clients if the proposal gets accepted convert the lead into a successful project.
