Agm - Product Manager Job in Infinity Learning

Responsibilities: 1. Understand Infinity Learn s vision, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across the K - 12 segment in India. 2. Work along with the Leadership team to define the Product Vision of IL in general and your vertical in Particular. 3. Leads the execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product or set of products within a product family, communicating the vision and goals of the product to all stakeholders. 4. Develop the product positioning and contribute to product pricing decisions. 5. Defines and manages the product lifecycle including market requirements, product release plans, user stories, release criteria, product launch, and organization readiness activities. 6. Setup and own your team's roadmap for product development and drive the development with a team of engineers and designers 7. Directly impact our product development lifecycle - own KPI reporting to measure product health, and guide other product managers on the best metrics to use for measuring new feature success and how to instrument them. 8. Establishes the commercial and business case for product enhancement, continuously seeking the expansion and improvement of existing products. 9. develop a deep understanding of various user journeys and understand the company's Product Stack and system design. Helps in enhancing it along with the Engineering Teams.
