Job Summary
- Job Location: Unit No. 501, Quantum Tower, Off SV Road, Malad (W), Mumbai 400064
- Boundaries: Western line ( Andheri - Virar)
- Shift Time: 10.00am to 7.00pm
- Week Of: Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Work with managers to determine training needs
- Conduct seminars, workshops, sales training sessions, etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos, tests, etc.
- Conduct on the job training (OJT) for new employees
- Design and implement training programs
- Select and book venues if needed
- Monitor and present employee performance
- Conduct Refresher training to existing employees
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2 yrs and above work experience as a Sales Process Trainer Voice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Experience with an e-learning software is an asset
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
Minimum qualification requirement
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Between Virar - Andheri Living
Required - Good command over English & Hindi Fluently
