• Qualification:
• Msc ( Microbiology) - Related Exp:- Min. 02 - 03 years

Job description

• Knowledge of all the operations and handling of Micro instruments like incubators, Autoclave, pH meters, colony counter, microscopes, etc.
• Performing chemical as well as microbiological testing of water ( pH, conductivity, TCV etc.)
• Knowledge and handling of all types of nutrient agar and broth ( Solid, liquid, semi-solid etc.)
• Knowledge and handling of streaking technique for the growth of Bacteria
• Fill out the daily report and Protocols
• Collect the sample of water from points as per schedule and conduct testing
• Knowledge of plate exposure for environmental monitoring.
