Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of the HR and recruitment processes:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for positions such as developers, cloud experts, DevOps engineers, ERP consultants, and other technology roles.
  • Profile Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, gauge interest, and assess fit for open positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Profile Submission: Prepare and submit detailed candidate profiles to clients, showcasing their skills, experience, and fit for the roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information to support recruitment efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively identify and engage top talent.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR functions as needed.
  • HR and Payroll Process Learning: Gain hands-on experience in HR and payroll processes, learning about the systems and procedures involved in managing employee compensation and benefits.
  • Recruitment and HR Payroll System: Develop skills in using recruitment and HR payroll systems to streamline and enhance HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
