Job Summary

Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business or another related field
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent command of English

Key responsibilities of the job

Assisting our field marketing managers with execution of strategic marketing programs and events
Supporting coordination of post campaign programming, lead management, and maintenance
Analyzing and delivering insights on campaign performance and regional results, as compared to published benchmarks or targets and KPIs
Supporting offline and online event: coordination of booth design and setup, webinar registration, promotion, and session rehearsals etc.
Supporting APJ social media management, e-news campaigns and partner marketing programs as needed
Supporting potential events, PR opportunity as well as agency evaluation as needed
Support other field marketing projects as needed
Communicate in a cooperative and professional manner with all peers, customers, external vendors, and management
