Job Description: About the Role: Architect technical solutions. Provide design decisions on developing, integrating and managing applications. Align technology choices and design decisions with the wider IT organisation (e.g. Enterprise Architecture). Be a catalyst leader and line manager for your engineers. Guide them with your tech expertise and help them improve their skills. Co-lead your squad (existing of internal and external engineers) with the Product Owner and Scrum Master fostering an agile spirit. Work hands-on in your squad and stay on top of new technologies. Peer-review other architectures ensuring we keep our technical work top-quality. Education and Experience: A university degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification. 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical solutions in SaaS and IaaS. Deep knowledge in selecting, configuring and integrating3rd party SaaS or COTS solutions as well as coordinating the development of such solutions. A passion for leading people with your interpersonal skills, through listening, inspiring, encouraging as well as giving/receiving feedback. Hands-on programming experience. Experience with Azure infrastructure & platform services, ideally with a professional certification such as AZ 104 or AZ 305. Broad experience in building interfaces between (cloud) solutions, API management and development. Detailed real-world experience with Scrum or similar agile methodologies. Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence. Passionate about technology, flexible and open-minded, committed with an ability to learn new skills quickly.
