Purpose of the Position:

The Analytics Architect will be responsible for architecting and delivering comprehensive data solutions aligned with business objectives. This role involves evaluating functional and technical requirements and translating them into logical data models. The Architect will collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop solutions that meet corporate standards, with a focus on data modernization, optimization, and driving innovation.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment, handling multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring solutions are built to scale and optimize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and Design Solutions: Assess current state and design high-performance, secure, and self-service analytics solutions. Focus on data modernization and business value acceleration.
• Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert consulting across projects and support pre-sales activities such as workshops, proposal development, and sales enablement.
• Offerings Development: Lead the development of new offerings and pilot implementations. Define and enhance methodologies, processes, and templates for prioritized solutions.
• Innovation and Growth: Continuously research new technologies and trends in analytics to foster growth and innovation within the team and organization.
• Team Management: Nurture and grow technical talent within the organization, guiding teams in technical and project execution.

Essential Skills:

• Expert knowledge of MicroStrategy architecture and components (attributes, facts, reports, metrics, hierarchies, etc.).
• Experience with developing complex reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy Desktop & Web.
• Proficient in developing schema objects and creating public objects like reports, documents, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and designing dimensional data models.
• Proficiency in multiple analytics platforms (MicroStrategy with experience in Tableau, Power BI, or SSRS).
• Experience in implementing MicroStrategy Transaction Services and robust user security.
• Up-to-date knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization trends.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in MicroStrategy report performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerQuery and PowerBI.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience; 2 years may be substituted for a Master s degree.
• Demonstrated continued learning through certifications or technical courses.
