Job Description Purpose of the Position To automate the entire QA process for a multi-tier architecture. to Automate all pieces of manual QA across all layers using automation tool. We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Lead to join our team in a hands-on role, responsible for setting up a robust QA Automation framework for our application. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in automation, with a strong background in testing UI built in Angular, API layer built in Python, and backend built in Spark and Snowflake. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of Selenium or Protractor, ReadyAPI or SOAPUI, and automation tools for SQL testing, such as HP LoadRunner or equivalent. Work And Technical Experience Proven hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining a robust QA Automation framework. In-depth knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium or Protractor for UI testing, ReadyAPI or SOAPUI for API testing, and HP LoadRunner or equivalent for SQL testing. Strong understanding of Angular, Python, Spark, and Snowflake technologies to effectively design and automate tests. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of automation engineers. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with clients and gain buy-in for proposed automation architectures. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Continuous learning mindset, keeping up with industry trends, and applying new automation techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
