Job Summary Job Highlights : Have Bachelors degree in any discipline Job description:

You will assist Marketing and HR manager in daily tasks
You will perform recruitment on daily biases
Assisting the TA team in sourcing and screening for new requisitions shared by the business
Responsible for employee engagement activities
Coordinate with candidates to schedule the interviews.
Evaluate the candidates skills and key responsibility areas
Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time.
Strategize with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and process.

Preferred skills:

Have strong desire to learn more about HR/Marketing domain
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Have good research skills
Have basic understanding of how Social Media is used in Marketing/HR activities
Display high degree of enthusiasm and energy to work with people
Have Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
