Job Summary

Skills we are looking out for:

  • Must have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning and should have involved in multiple Classic to Lightning
  • Should have good experience in building applications on the Salesforce.com platform and Sales Cloud.
  • Must have experience on Salesforce implementations
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Lightning both Aura and Apex.
  • To design and implement Pardot solutions that meet customer business requirements, are maintainable and scalable, and contribute to long-term customer success.
  • Exp. in import data for their Pardot account and Adding Users in Pardot and assigned them Roles.
  • Exp. in Salesforce Connector to sync their Pardot and Salesforce accounts.
  • Exp. in Creating Email Templates, Landing Pages, Forms for Pardot, Drip campaigns, Page Actions for specific pages
  • Well versed with the new features in Pardot like engagement history, b2b marketing analytics, connected campaigns etc.
  • Design new landing pages in Pardot and integrate prospect generation with Salesforce and website.
  • Create and map fields between Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Assist in the development of Pardot journey maps and automation campaigns that lead to conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with business and IT
  • Understanding the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
  • Provide guidance to business on lightning solutions
  • Project Planning, communication with customer, status reporting etc.
  • Should have good understanding of Salesforce DevOps process

Good to Have Skills:

  • Basic understanding of of LWC.
  • Basic understanding on REST APIs.
