Job Summary Job Summary The Software Project Manager will oversee and manage software development projects from initial to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any issues. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and respond to project challenges proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and quality. Monitor expenditures and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus. 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development. Proven track record of successfully managing software projects from conception to delivery.
