Responsibilities and Duties
- Should have good work experience in Payment Posting
- Medisoft / ECW / Kareo / Advanced MD software knowledge will be an added advantage
- Ability to work on charges and payments
- Review and assess adjudicated claims for timely and proper payment of outstanding balances
- Research and forward unpaid claims as necessary to appropriate team
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good organization skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up.
- Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
- Ready to work in night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.
