Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do Design the best visual designs for our cloud data management products based on business strategy, user needs, and technical opportunities. Create high-quality visual design deliverables such as high-fidelity UI mockups, icons, illustrations, prototypes, and visual assets for production, validation, and testing that are accessible and inclusive to all users. Work with the user experience design, visual design, and UI development teams to explore, plan, validate, and build scalable solutions. Promote the Informatica Design System and integrate design standards into the product UI to maintain a experience within products. Facilitate design reviews and offer constructive feedback to fellow designers. Engage as a member of a dynamic, diverse, and global design community. What We'd Like to See An online portfolio that showcases your design talent and skills in visual design, UI design, icon design, and information visualisation, with a focus on inclusive design principles. Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision. Prior experience contributing to or applying design standards in the context of product design. Experience creating end-to-end designs that meet the needs of all users, from interaction design to creating or driving visual design and documentation. Role Essentials 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for web-based enterprise products, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in design. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related design or artistic discipline, or equivalent professional experience. An online portfolio demonstrating a focus on the design process, visual design, UI design, interaction design, and design specification documentation is required. Knowledge of the user-centred design process in an Agile development environment, with an emphasis on designing for all users.
