Job Description
Role Designation- Associate Consultant

Responsibilities- Proven track record in LoanIQ,Trade Finance, Lending / Commercial Lending, Core Banking, Billing (SunTec, ORMB), Cash and Liquidity Management, Retail and Commercial Banking, Open Banking , Digital and Channel Banking.,- Has experience and exposure working as a Business Analyst in a Banking IT Setup.,- Sound working knowledge in Agile methodologies and related tools,- Capability to conduct workshops, discussions, brainstorming with Business and related stakeholders for requirement understanding,- Capability to analyze, elucidate and document requirements (BRDs, FSDs, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Models, etc.)

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum Experience required- 2 to 5 Yrs,Familiarity with products, packages and related systems in the work stream/area,- Experience in working in large and geographically dispersed teams,- Familiarity working with flowcharting tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio) ,- Capability to review of designs, test plans & test strategy,- Excellent analytical and communication skills ,- Capability to engage and maintain good rapport with business stakeholders ,- Exemplary planning and co-ordination skills, proactive communication, collaboration with external and internal customers
