Role Designation- Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight., Lead small projects., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- We are looking for candidates having a minimum of 5 years of hands on QAD ERP implementation experience, with special focus on QAD Financial Reports. The candidates must have knowledge of at least one or two of these modules - Manufacturing, Purchase, Sales, Inventory and/or Finance. Good technical knowledge of Progress 4GL is a must. The candidates also should have experience in Application Maintenance Services, including Incident Investigation, Diagnosis and providing workaround. All candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills., *Location of Posting would be as per business requirements.
