Role Designation- Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight., Lead small projects., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- Bachelor's or equivalent degree with at least 5+ years of Callidus development experience including usage of Rules, Plans, Formulae, Territories, Lookup tables, Participants, Positions, Titles and pipeline, ETL, Reporting (Crystal, WebI) and Analytics(Thunderbridge).,Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, APIs groovy (for workflow), iron python. Database knowledge, PL/SQL programming.,Experience in Delivering CallidusCloud related consulting project activities, ranging from business requirements gathering through final project deployment through medium- to long-term engagements.,Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation process.,Should have understanding in Developing ICM code and fine tune the existing code for better system performance.,Certification in CallidusCloud is added advantage.,Location of posting will be subject to business requirements.
