Role Designation- Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment, resulting in client delight.,Lead small projects.,Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.,Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- Should have at least 5 years of experience with a Full time Bachelors Degree.,Should have experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects.,Should be experienced across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries across UK, North America & Europe regions.,Experience in at least 3 end to end implementation and application support projects,Should have expertise in Date Exchange process & Market Communications using IDex Setup,Must have Client facing experience,Location of posting is driven by business needs.
